…carrot juice down his mouth & shirt, that boy! he melts me aaaaall the same. <3
i seriously cannot even fathom yet having two boys… because just this one!! i can’t even handle his deliciousness.
he gets whatever he wants with his constant charm. he is my muffiniest muffin man! he keeps me on my toes, but keeps me laughing the whole time. he’s deep thinking, but also hilarious. he sees the entertainment factor in everything, and loves nothing more than to make his sissy smile when she’s down. he’s a golden little island boy on the outside, but some kind of bearded lumberjack cave boy on the inside, i’m pretty sure. he’s methodical. a bit persnickety! asks a lot of questions and loves to converse. he’s usually upbeat! okay, or really mad about something, and i never quite know which it’ll be. he absolutely hates sleeping alone, just like his sis, and i can’t blame him one bit. [attachment issues run strong in this house!!] he loooves fruit like no other. his little manners get me every time… especially, “no sanks!” “heh-chou!” and “it’s welcome!” and oh, i have done my very best to truly soak up every bit of this time that i’ve had with just him since sissy started school, but before baby brother takes the stage. 😉
he’s going to be the coolest big brother on the planet, and i can’t wait! [no really. did i mention 39 WEEKS, MR. TINY CHILD!] but until then… i am pretty much nibbling on these rocco cheeks, begging him not to grow up. so, now he says to me all the time, “hey, mom. I’M GROWING UP.” and i’m supposed to say “no, no, why would you do that?!!” and it’s like a thing now that he loves. haha. backfire!
[and ps! golf carting around with maddalena just before rocco was born. ooh, my baby girl! and a baby skunk!]
[pps! i found this dress on thredup after literally wanting it for years. had it on my pinterest and everything! major win. and don’t get me started on these booties. super cute and eeextra cute price! i went 1/2 size up.]
