i woke up last friday to both of my bunnies watching a show and snuggling. they are seriously the best. [and yesss, i slept later than they did because i’m awake at least 2 hours in the middle of the night every night these days! i’m just lucky they know how to hit the tv button and stay out of trouble. haha.]
a few of my favorite things in all of life: golden hour at the farm, bare little feet in the grass, and the phase of childhood where very few clothes are needed all summer long. ♡
i can’t help the constant mamarazzi mode. they melt me!
what we do when steven has soccer on saturdays! we finally blew up the unicorn maddalena got from my brother for christmas. her name is rainbow and she is a beloved new family member. 😉
do you seeeee why i still feel guilty that maddalena is not getting the sister she dreamed of? [although i am simultaneously thrilled that rocco is getting a brother, for SURE!] i am just obsessed with mine. she is fabulous and i love her.
giulietta the swan STILL lives! she made it through yet another winter on her nest of tires in the little barn. she may be a wing amputee at this point, but she’s going strong!
…dinner with steven’s family for father’s day weekend…
…church on sunday!
…and a sunday afternoon birthday party for our tiniest girlfriend, charlie! blue beards all around!
…aaand a tenderloin dinner at our house with my fam. i love having them around our table.
and it was good! our little father’s day weekend, start to finish.
[okay, we actually ended the weekend cleaning up shattered glass when steven dropped a mason jar, but maybe that’s just how we like to finish of a solid weekend these days. 😉 you get a free pass on father’s day anyway, right!]
i hope it was a great weekend for everybody!!
we love you so much, dads!
xoxo
