gold sparkles and kitty paws and gingerbread and stockings! little performances and handmade decorations and shopping sprees and coffee mugs! cozy clothes and christmas candies and happy, happy music!
…theeeese are a few of my favorite things. 🙂
of course, there have been kind of too many not-favorite things from this last month that i shall not mention here, because this is dedicated to the joy of the season only… once it’s all gone, it’s gone for a good long while!
but let’s just say, when january comes, i might be running off in search of hibernation. 😉
also, can you see who runs the show in our house now?!? the cats. oh my lawdy! our poor tree has had one cat living inside it, the other cat literally chewing on the lights, and both of them chasing ornaments all. over. the. house! not to mention eating some of the ribbons right off them. but… at least they’re adorable!
happy just-a-few-days before christmas!!!

Christmas trees and cats = chaos! The only time i’ve ever had a tree topple our cat did it! Ornaments knocked off the tree, the cats did it! Ribbon chewed, the cats, again! (And one of my cats throws up ribbon ALL THE TIME!) We used to catch our heaviest cat sleeping in the tree. Now our cats are 17 and 16 years old and only chew the ribbon. I have loved seeing the pics of your rascally cats – brings back so many memories. The only mischief our cats get into now is knocking things off of tables and counters…..and throwing up ribbon.
(Love my cats, but i am truly a dog-person. My 2 dogs leave the tree alone!).
Always, love the pics of your Madd and Rocco. Precious!!!!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS and blessings in the New Year!!
