[between pregnancy exhaustion and tired baby nights, me and my creativity’ve gotten a little too estranged!]
…aaaand it’s all just totally what i need right now. i love nesting and being cozy. emphasis on love! i’m sipping aaall my cups of coffee, letting maddalena scatter toys throughout the house while i get my homemaker-esque tasks accomplished, and receiving 9 fafillion slobberlicious rocco smooches per hour. and! i don’t get nearly as *stuck* feeling here as i did in our old house, so that’s a pretty super, great, happy feature, if you ask me.
also! i’m always on the hunt for kind of a combo of farmy-glam, cozy-elegant, old fashion-y [official categories, obviously!] decor, and so i’ve become totally obsessed with this shop called decorsteals that offers the prettiest of such housewares! i’ve seriously started to get excited over their emails… i just ordered some preserved cotton stems for less than $20 [!!!], which i’ve wanted to get for ages! plus, it’s one of those where you get $5 for referring someone who places an order, and that someone gets $5 to spend on their first order as well. i love when companies do that! it’s brilliant, i say. soooo… if you haven’t heard of it yet… there you go!! please obsess with me, okay, thanks, you’re welcome! 🙂

I am right there with you! my little babes is almost 3 months and my creativity has taken a nosedive. even when I get that creative spark I feel like I have no time to commit to even the smallest little craft or project. amen to tweaking routines! your new home is so lovely, it's great to see these beautiful photos! ditto, decor steals for the win! 🙂

Goodness these photos. Rocco is edible. Clearly. Maddo looks like such a beauty my lanta and those eyes!!! Stunner. Good thing Rocco is there to keep the boys away. 😉 I'll definitely look into that! I've seen those cotton stems around a bit and I'm intrigued but I've never seen locally like at a craft store or what have you. Thanks for the tip! And enjoy the snow!!!
