she just cannot get over his “tiny feetsies.”
she sings him twinkle twinkle and comforts him with “it’s okay, little one! mia’s riiight here!”
she’ll hold out her arms when i’m carrying him and casually say, “here, i’ll take the babeh! just hand him to me!” because she has absolutely no notion as to why she can’t care for him just the way the rest of us do.
she pets, pokes, and nuzzles him constantly. [you’d think it would drive him nuts!]
and he looks at her like she’s the absolute coolest… smiling and talking away in his little 2 month old language. <3
ooooh, how much do i love them! these two sweet little babes of mine! they melt me to puddles day in and day out. sleep? who needs sleep? well… okay, i do. but i can also get by on love puddles.
and aren’t these just the very memories i’ll be clinging to one day when they’re fighting like cats and dogs! ha! iiii have an amazing little brother, too… i know just how it goes! 😉 but for now…
…double the cuteness…
…double the coffee!
…double the craziness…
…double the craziness…
…double the snuggles…
…double the love.

Gosh it's like watching Letty with Dom with your two! Except I'm sure you handle it with much more grace than I. I have to tell hey girl twenty times a day to back it up off him because well. She's full of new germs from school and yuck. Personal space! But he looks at her like she hung the moon, like Rocco is staring at Maddo. And that's magic in and of itself. Just. GENTLE.
