1. tank tops – these things are juuuuust such great tanks, pregnant or not! i actually already owned one in black by the time i was pregnant for the first time, just because it was the perfect black tank [no hideous ruching!!]… and then i wore it through 9 months, nursing, not nursing, with skirts, under slouchy tops, love it. so, the 4 or 5 i’ve acquired at this point remain a total staple for me!
2. aerie bralettes – soooo comfy and beautiful! i’d never actually shopped at aerie before until i got a few of these, but everyone raves about their bralettes, so i thought i’d snag some during a sale… and now i’m totally addicted! the only problem for me is that i’m a liiiittle in between sizes right now, being pregnant and all… but! i have a larger size that’s great for sleeping and lounging and will be super great for nursing boobs [ohhhhhh boy!], and i have a couple in a smaller size that give a little more support for actually wearing out and about, although i lose a bit of real estate there in the actual cup area. at this point i tend to just double those up and wear two for added support, which maybe sounds ridiculous, buuut it’s so comfy!! and, hey!! if you have smaller ladies up top, i mean, don’t even worry, just get a few of these and love your life. just a few comfy boob tips, okay, done!
3. peppermint essential oil – this was theeeeee ONLY thing that helped me with first trimester nausea! gosh, there were so many days when i was just miserable, and i would have to put undiluted peppermint oil on my temples. which totally burns your eyeballs, just having it that close… not a recommended course of action there! [and you definitely don’t want to rub your eyes if you’ve touched it or you will reeeeeaaaally have regrets!] so, i definitely would try just using it on your tummy and seeing if that helps first. 😉 but gosh, i am thankful for this stuff!
4. tea tree essential oil – i’ve been using tea tree on my face at night to help with fun little hormonal breakouts, and i have to say, it works amazingly well for me! especially compared to topical treatments that dry out your skin and leave it kind of a damaged mess. tea tree all the way!
5. goe body oil – i’ve mentioned this stuff once before, but i have to have to haaave to say just one more time how much i am in love with it! it’s seriously like, sacred to me, so i have sure jumped at the opportunity to use it all over my belly every day. it’s made with 28 plant, fruit and flower oils and butters, scented with unbelieeevable smelling monoi oil which apparently comes from tahitian gardenias [hello, heaven], and free of parabans, sulphates, PEGs, TEA, DEA, phthalates, mineral oil, silicones, and synthetic fragrance. it’s supposed to do a great job simulating the natural oils your body produces. but really, i just cannotttt get over the smell. the whole thing is like a magical dream in a tube to me!
6. bundle organics juices – theeeese!!! bundle organics was kind enough to let me test out their juices, and i have fallen in. love! each blend is absolutely delicious, organic, and filled with OBGYN-recommended vitamins and nutrients specifically with prenatal health in mind. i mean, i’m pretty sure every girl plans to be extra ridiculously healthy and achieve some kind of nutritious perfection while they’re pregnant so they can birth a super-human… that’s what i had in my mind, at least! untiiiiil i actually experienced pregnancy and realized that what you eat is more often decided by the strongest force of ridiculous hormones your body can muster, and then your perfect plan kind of goes right out the window. 😉 SO!! i seriously think these juices are pure brilliance. and!! here’s the best part: bundle organics is offering 15% off with the code CHARMING15! ps. the code is not valid for subscriptions, but how neat is it that you can subscribe to regular shipments, too?!
7. larabars – i have a serious larabar addiction. it’s crazy. and there was a goooood period of time there where hardly anything sounded good to my finicky stomach except for larabars! thank goodness they pretty much have a flavor for every style of pregnancy craving and are made with only have a handful of simple, non-GMO ingredients. a mostly guilt-free snack! you know, minus the fact that i can pretty much down one box in two days and well, they aren’t the cheapest in the world in that case… but… it’s for the baby?

A few of these I have never heard of before! And I am really intrigued but those Lacey wonders. They look much better than my constant sports bra. Yes i said it. I hate hate hate bras. But I need them like. Always. So anyways. Intrigued.

I love the long maternity tanks without any ruching too. Totally perfect even when not preggers. OK, I must go check out those Aerie bras because I'm in serious need of comfort and support. Aaand, I ordered some Peppermint Oil for my nausea after reading your EO post – so you do NOT rub them on your temples, but you rub them on your tummy? So far, I'm so clueless what to do with it, I just open the bottle and take a whiff whenever I'm nauseous. lol.

well, peppermint is just really strong and it stings my eyes if i get it close to them at all!! so you have to be careful! i mean… i rubbed it on my temples, because the need for relief outweighed the need to not have my eyes feel pepperminty haha!
