i am a simple girl, really. easy to please when it comes down to it. you just have to know the tricks! and welllll, okay, while there are sometimes a large number of specific tricks to choose from, many of those tricks were hit with absolute perfection this one night last week, i just really have to say.
favorite map dot: check! little outdoor eatery bearing my horse’s name *with* the very symbol of my latest good omen [as fate would have it!]: check! not to mention the delicious food: check! my two best peoples, loves of my life: hey! check! golden hour sunshine: check check! ice cream bonus round: aaaand check!!
we had no major plans for our evening. there was nothing huge involved. we didn’t set any world records. we didn’t spend lots of money or win any awards. for some reason no one applauded as we walked down the street. weird! 😉 but let it be known that it was one of my favorite evenings… maybe… maybe! of my whole life.

well, nashville has been off/on for summer clothes, but then we headed south for a spell, and i have gotten to miss out on a lot of bad weather back home! if you leave town and go somewhere summer clothes-y, it helps a lot, haha! 😉

yay for fun family evenings. aren't the best family times were nothing really happens 🙂 but maybe some giggling and of course eating.. speaking of eating, that grilled cheesy.. looks ooey gooey and delicious.
yes, these are totally my favorite times!! and grilled cheeses are my weakness. we ordered that one for madd, so when she conveniently didn't want it, i pretty much devoured it. after my cheeseburger. all of it was insanely delish.
