it was the most perfect little holiday for us to celebrate here together over scrambled eggs and ocean views, although i suuure missed my mom’s easter brunch in my belly. but anyway, we relaxed. we streamed a church service to the tv. we did our yearly listening of jesus christ superstar tunes! [i was kind of raised on this musical, thank you, andrew lloyd webber!] we cooked up our eggs and bacon and then we put on our swimsuits, although the day started out a little bit on the overcast side, but that’s okay. it was good. and then later on, we headed out for dinner on a beautiful evening only to find that most places we tried were closed for the holiday. woops! duh! that’s okay, we settled on a carrabba’s and it turned out to be delicious. of course, i’m never one to complain about italian food, especially when my cranky baybay is provided with crayons. and i am provided with bread!
so, it was a happy one. i love my sweet people so so so much and i couldn’t be more thankful for their faces and cuddles and company. i am a lucky lady.

Her bedhead is quite possibly the cutest! I love baby curls too. I always used to "encourage" Letty's when they were that length. And now I must confess I do the same to David. Such a fun and perfect Easter. Every Easter needs Italian food if you ask me.
