these shots and these people just warm my heart so so much!
[thank you, for sharing, matt!]
i know going out to the pasture for the first time since losing doccy
wasn’t easy for my mom, but she did it this weekend with all of us
on a really pretty evening with a glowy, golden sunset.
also, thank you, thank you! to everyone who left such thoughtful words
for us about doc! honestly, it means so much.
i know it’s part of life to lose animals as well as people,
but it is really just… sucky. and to see such a large, majestic,
beautiful creature go from life to… well…
it’s been sitting pretty heavily with me the past few days.
and of course, i’m always worrying about my casey boy,
but now i’m obsessing over him more than ever!
i know he needs lots of attention at his age [almost 27!],
and this whole thing has been quite a reminder to not waste time
with my horse… or my pup, kitty, or people.
love on your babes, fuzzy or not!
xoxoxo
