things are getting miiiighty christmassy on this christmas eve eve!! yaaay!

while m and i took a full-on recovery day today [she has been sick as a doggy and no one has slept well in this house all week! especially this baby mama riiight here.], steven worked a bit, and then this evening, we all ate pizza and watched polar express. gosh, i love a good christmas movie! and baby girl loves both pizza and choochoo trains, which made polar express a fun choice this year. except, i mean, i totally did not intend to have a pizza loving 16 month old, but girlfriend got one tiny taste of pizza/heaven a few weeks ago and is now completely obsessed.

anyway, i feel like we’ve done so much this month, we’ve hardly had much time to sit and just feel christmassy! but tonight… i feel it! i feel christmassy. but last weekend, too, i have to say, i felt totally christmassy when steven and i took a smidge of an evening, put on our spiffiest clothes, and hopped over to his company christmas party at the country music hall of fame! i thought that was a neat location for a christmas party, because most of us there confessed that we’ve lived in nashville for forever [for us, literally our whole lives] and hadn’t ever been. there’s really so much neat stuff about nashville! i think i take it for granted since i’ve grown up here, but i really, really love nashville. and hey! now i can officially say i’ve been to the country music hall of fame!
