last week, we took our little bunny on her 5th & 6th flights, and i have to say! she is pretty much a pro by now! a little jet-setter, this one. our outbound flight last wednesday was a late one, a 9:15 pm departure time which was then delayed 20 more minutes, and i’ll admit i was a leeettle bit nervous about that.
…but our tiniest traveler, she handled it like a champ! and although it’s only been 2 months since our last airplane trip, i really realized in the airport that night what a toddler she’s suddenly becoming as she did her monkey tricks while in the carrier and wanted to toddle all around while we waited.
in hindsight, i maaaybe could’ve used an extra cup of pre-flight coffee, myself, but you know, i went with pre-flight wine instead. i figured it was either extra energy with extra anxiety or a little more exhausted with a little more relaxed 😉
and i will say! the airport at that time of night? what a dream!! we breezed right through like we owned the place. pret-tay glorious.
