honestly, would anyone disagree with me in saying that we should permanently add a day to weekends? i mean, it’s much too difficult to fit the necessary amount of sunsets and grilled cheeses into regular sized weekends! can we make monday our friend once and for all? who’s in charge of this? government? God? less work, more play! [yep, now you know who the bad influence was in college. “just skip your class! let’s lay by the pool!” it was for the best! i have no regrets!]

everyone agrees!! i loved the long weekend. i suppose the rarity of our 3day weekend makes them that more special, though 🙂
When I worked full time, I went to work every Monday telling my co workers the exact same thing. I feel like people who be happier if they had more time off with their families. I mean, really… Two days out of the whole to have off, thats it! Glad now that I am a SAHM, I can enjoy the days more. It surely has made me a happier person!
