after only 3 years at auburn university, 1 wedding, 1 hop to internet school, 4 summers off, multiple sanity breaks, a million research papers, plus 1 flood… i finally finished college. in december! [really just about 1.5 years off schedule but it sure felt longer.]
i’ve pretty much been celebrating this occurrence every day for the past 3 months, but then we thought we’d finally throw in a cozy sunday night family grad celebration dinner, too.
my family is so fun and cute and i love every dot of all the time i get with them.
my darling mommy made some really delish ricotta-stuffed meatballs that we will definitely be having again sometime. [and soon, i hope!] she also made the cutesiest candy graduation caps for dessert.
and, as per my request, i was passed down [passed up?] my sister’s nikon camera. [actually, i was going to buy it from her but this was clearly a much better deal!] yay! thanks, fam. i feel loved! love is the best. and graduation is the best, even if you’re grumpy and your brain wants to explode by the end of it.
[and how beautiful is baby sis? such a shimmering star of a beauty queen. and she’s off to college herself this fall!]
